Mr. Mak Leung Hei ( Douglas )

Mr. Douglas is the Chairman of the Company. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Lancaster University in UK, is currently an Active Member of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) in Hong Kong.  Prior to his practice as CPA for more than 20 years, he was working as Audit Manager in Ernst & Young, Hong Kong in delivering high-impact, value-adding external audit and accounting work with excellent client feedback.  His experience covers a spectrum of industries including construction, trading, education, engineering, computer service, consultancy, manufacturing, finance and real estate.  He is a competent problem-solver with proven capabilities of working in dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment with outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills in building relationships with people from different organizational levels and cultures.
